After more than a decade building and scaling global projects across the electronic music industry from labels and production studios to artist liaison and events, I’ve seen the same story on repeat: brilliant artists trapped in chaos because they never learned to run their artistry like a business.

I want to change that.

Having been a highly regarded senior executive and business consultant for many years and running businesses alongside some of the biggest names in the electronic music industry, most notably within my roles as the former GM and NED of Lady of The House, sitting on the board alongside pioneering agent Maria May (Head of Electronic at CAA, looking after the likes of David Guetta, Purple Disco Machine, Meduza, Cloonee and more) and the esteemed Lynn Cosgrave (former: VP of Sony Music and manager of Carl Cox). Overseeing label releases with A&R led by Charlie Tee, Becky Hill, Sam Divine & Jaguar and leading activations at IMS, ADE, MMW and events on some of the world’s biggest stages in venues and festivals including Glastonbury and Kappa. As the former Global Head of Growth for Home of Sound, working with highly regarded artists in techno music such as Blawan, Rodhad, Daniel Avery and many more, and the former COO of TagMix, a music tech company that enhances social media content through audio, working with the likes of Pete Tong, The Chemical Brothers, Chase and Status and others, to most recently within my role as the CEO of Staar Player in Ibiza (founded by Platinum-award-winning engineers Tom Staar and Mark Maitland), whose clients include many major artists such as Adam Beyer, Armin Van Buuren, Blondish, Patrick Topping, James Hype, Hot Since 82, Danny Howard, Nicky Romero and many others.

I am now offering my consulting services not just to businesses but specifically to artists themselves. Working with DJ’s, producers and singer/songwriters at the beginning of their journey as well as those ready to level up. In addition to artists running their own labels or wishing to learn more about the world of self releasing music.

I blend strategic clarity with creative depth, guiding artists and boutique labels to build the infrastructure and identity that fuel long-term success.
